Rosso Piceno Doc Superiore is formed from Montepulciano and Sangiovese grapes, vinified with controlled temperature maceration for 14-15 days in medium capacity vats. The maturation takes place in steel vats for 9 months and the ageing is concluded in bottles for a further 6 months. Intense ruby-red colour with bluish reflections. |
