Altissimo Offida D.O.C.G. Pecorino is acquired from an indigenous vine called Pecorino, vinified separately with cold prefermentative maceration for 24 hours. Soft pressed grapes, controlled temperature alcoholic fermentation followed by maturation in steel vats for a number of months. Intense bay-yellow colour. Serving temperature 10-12° C. Alcohol 14 %.
