Radiosa Offida Passerina Docg comes from the similarly named Passerina vine, vinified separately with cold prefermentative mecaration for 24 hours. Soft pressed grapes, alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature and successive maturation in steel vats for some months. Hay yellow colour with green reflections. Serving temperature 8-10C. Alcohol 13 %. Type of glass Tulip. Packing tall burgundy antique bottles in cartons of 6 bittles. Potential ageing 1-2 yeras from production.
